Need to return or exchange your item?
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return or exchange your item(s), please email us (email@example.com) stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form once authorized. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days and refunded to your original form of payment. We will email you once it has been processed. If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.
Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
Upon dispute, HBX reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

Are any of your items incorrect, missing, or defective?
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Please see estimated process times for refunds below.

Please send all returns to the address that will be given once an email inquiry is received. All returns must include the completed Return/Exchange form.
